Complimentary shuttle service between the complex and the beach club is provided on a seasonal schedule.

Wonderful place & location

Absolutely loved staying in Lost Key - the pools, beach club, private beach, and shuttle are amazing. The shuttle wait was usually not bad, but there was one time it was over an hour. The location of this house is amazing bc if the shuttle wait time was long, it’s an easy walk to the beach. The property was exactly as described, stocked with enough trash bags, detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc to get through our entire stay. Loved that they had beach towels for us to use as well. All the furniture was comfortable and the labels on everything took was unexpected but great feature as it took away the usual frustration of trying to find things in an unfamiliar place.The owners were also very patient and responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and will stay her again if we ever return to the area.

Perfect place!

This is our first time staying in Pensacola, we usually stay in Destin or Navarre but wanted something a little closer for a short weekend. This place was absolutely perfect. The house is in a great location from the beach, pool and other amenities. The house itself was beyond our expectations, they literally thought of everything. The house was clean and all of the extra little things that were available ( laundry pods, seasoning, cleaning supplies ect) were so appreciated. I would rather pay extra to have those things available then having to go buy all that for a few days at the beach, it usually all goes to waste in the end. They had tons of extra beach things to use and every pot/pan you can need in the kitchen. All the beds were comfortable and the extra blankets were a plus for movie night. Awesome job, we will be back!

What a pleasant stay! The best stocked rental property we have ever stayed! We had want for nothing and the hosts were very responsive, so much so that they ordered a replacement blender and sent it to the house (although we didn't open the package, lol). We will stay again in the future.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was just as listed. Very clean and had everything we could need for our stay. They really have thought of everything! The kids loved the extra pool noodles and beach toys. The shuttle to get from the condo to the beach club and the pool was very nice to have. We only had long waits one day-Peggy (one of the shuttle drivers) was amazing and so sweet. The beach service of chairs and umbrella was really nice to have available and made it so much easier going to the beach without having to load those items up. The owners were easy to reach if needed and responded right away. We would definitely stay at this property again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic relaxing vacation at this property! It was very clean with great attention to detail. Everything we needed was available. Check in/out instructions, as well as directions about the amenities, were clear and easy to follow. The town home is brand new and the kitchen is beautiful! The Lost Key property amenities are also wonderful. It has very convenient beach access and two pools. We recommend getting the beach nachos and pina coladas at the beach club!

Family Tides is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at on VRBO. Very clean and incredibly well appointed - has everything your family will need for great beach trip. Easy walk or shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Dream Vacation

This property is exactly as advertised. It comfortably held our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The bunk room was nice so that the kids had their own room. The beds were VERY comfortable. I usually don't enjoy being away from my bed but I didn't miss it on this trip! The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed and even had an air fryer. The beach is a short walk away and there is a free shuttle that runs during the day if you don't want to walk. The chair service is nice. If you want a front row seat, be sure to get there when they open. The beach club restaurant has fairly priced food and drinks served on the beach! The neighborhood pool is nice and large and was never crowded. The property managers were always prompt with their communication. We have stayed in this community before and highly recommend it. We will be back!

We had such a great time! Beautiful condo, clean and furnished so many items that usually aren’t. Private access to the beach across the street with private bar and pool! We had front row center and probably the best view of the fireworks right from our patio!! AJ and Jenise were great to work with and made our stay even more wonderful! This area isn’t as commercialized as some places we’ve been which I liked that. So many good restaurants or visit the seafood markets and make your own tasty meal! I can’t say enough about how wonderful of a time we had!!
