The neighborhood also features a private Beach Club, exclusive to residents and guests, where you can unwind and relish in the panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Club provides direct beach access, a pool, restaurant, and bar.

Walking: The Lost Key neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and amenities are within walking distance. Take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Biking: Perdido Key and the surrounding areas are bike-friendly. Renting bicycles or bringing your own can be a great way to explore the neighborhood and the easiest way to get to the beach / beach club.
Shuttle Service: Lost Key Resort and Golf Club offers a neighborhood shuttle service that circles the community and makes regular stops at the beach club and back. The shuttle can be requested on demand by calling directly. Please note that the shuttle service has limited space and may not accommodate large items or beach wagons.

We’re excited to host you and are committed to providing a safe and relaxing stay. To help maintain the quality of our home and community, please review and follow these important rules:
Reservation & Occupancy
• Only the number of guests listed in your reservation are allowed, unless approved in writing.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs: $100 fee per incident
• Late check-outs beyond 2 hours: charged an extra night
Noise, Events & Conduct
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No parties, events, or commercial filming without written approval. Violations: $500+ penalty and possible removal without refund.
Smoking, Pets & Substances
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside, on balconies, or in shared areas. $350 cleaning fee for violations
• No pets unless approved in writing for registered service animals. Unauthorized pets: $300+ cleaning fee
Cleanliness & Damages
• Leave the home tidy: start dishwasher, take out trash, return furniture to its place.
• Excessive mess or unreported damage may result in additional charges.
• Guests are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear and for missing items.
Lost & Found
• We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
• Lost key cards/fobs: $100 replacement fee
• Found items can be returned at your expense.
Amenities & Common Areas
• Amenity use is at your own risk and may be limited or closed without notice. No refunds for closures.
Parking & Compliance
• Park only in designated spots. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
• Guests must follow all HOA and local laws (noise, parking, leash rules, etc.). Fines will be passed to guests.
Maintenance & Emergencies
• Notify us immediately of any maintenance issues.
• No refunds for issues beyond our control (e.g., outages, weather, natural disasters).
Liability & Responsibility
• Use of the property and amenities is at your own risk.
• The host/property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings.
Booking Requirements
• The person booking must be 25+ years old and present during the stay.
• Booking for others without prior approval may result in cancellation without refund.
Disputes
• Any issues (e.g., damages, refund claims) must be attempted to resolve directly before escalating to Airbnb or legal action.
By booking, you agree to all House Rules and accept responsibility for any violations, penalties, or damages. Breaches may lead to immediate removal and/or additional charges.
