Best condo ever

Like a home away from home, but at the same time we felt like we were on a secluded peaceful island. So beautiful! This was by far one of the best condos we’ve ever rented. We had all that we needed to enjoy our stay & more. Everything was top notch! Five stars all the way!

Spring Break '25

This condo was amazing! It was clean, decorated nicely and suited our family of 6 quite perfectly. We absolutely LOVED the location...the sunsets over the bay side made for peaceful and beautiful evenings while we were there. It was also very easy to get to any of the places we had planned to visit and the walk to the beach was easy and short!We had one small issue with the hot water while we were there and the condo management team and the owner could not have handled it any more quickly, efficiently and professionally, so that in and of itself made me know that I would rent this place again for years to come. It's going to be hard to talk me out of not making it an annual trip for me and my family!

Amazing Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kids each had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was very nice to have all the amenities of a home instead of living out of a hotel for the week. The view of the bay was great, we could even see the Blue Angels practicing from the balcony! The condo was in a great location to be able to see the pool and tennis court from the balcony. We had other families staying at Florencia so it was nice to see where everyone was at outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Not ocean view

Not sure if I rushed through the description, but despite search filters, it’s not ocean front or ocean view. It’s a beautiful view but I wanted to see the sea. It’s a quarter mile walk to the beach. This is on perdido key, not Pensacola beach (another failed filter when searching) so the ocean looked like the Atlantic. Property is clean and gorgeous. Slight issues with lights not working and dripping faucets. Loved the furnishings and size. It’s very pretty and calm, and I appreciate the quick communication.

Great location

Love the location and the view from the condo. There is a few things that need to be fixed in the condo. The trim was off and laying in the hallway, there was no handle on the outside of the sliding door and towel hook in small bathroom was broken. The cleaning staff could do a better job. There was fried chicken left in the oven. These things won’t keep me from renting again but should be fixed in my opinion.

Summer Family Vacation

The unit itself is best suited for an older, retired couple. There is a long walk to the enclosed, outdoor pool, with horrible acoustics! No beach gear was allowed in our unit, which we respected. We were allowed an early check in. However, managers were horrible and flat out rude! There is a HUGE disclaimer about parking permit violations and parking passes. When we arrived, there were no passes in the unit, and when we called to relay our concerns, staff was rude, unhelpful, & ultimately told us to put a Post-IT on windshield. Very reassuring! Then, upon entry, the entryway light was blown, so we had to use our cell phones to see down the long, dark corridor! Staff came the next day to deliver the parking passes and didn't fix the light that went out, and by then we were tired of dealing with them! The TV went out thereafter, and rather than deal w CS, we literally went out to BUY movies for the kids! CS is horrible and we'll not stay here again.

Nice place

The condo was nice and furnished well only issue was the ac didn’t keep up very well toward the end of our stay and the property manager told us “to turn a fan on it was normal”. Would have expected better service for the price But the condo itself was very nice.

Florencia is great

Florencia is awesome.....but if you dont like the smell of dead rats don't stay in this unit! Smell is awful, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom sound like horses trotting on cobblestone which sucks because the ac doesn't cool the master bedroom...it stays hot and yes all registers etc were open! Ac thermostat will not go below 70 to save on utility costs so some damper work on the ac system needs to be done to evenly cool the unit...microwave is broken so dont hope to microwave leftover take out...place was not cleaned there's a big covid cleaning checklist on the wall but none of that stuff is done--this place needs a good deep cleaning..enjoyed the stay but the smell is awful

The condo was beautifully furnished with excellent views! Located directly across from the beach access, but a little less busy with lots of restaurants only a few miles away.
