This two-bedroom, two-bathroom second-floor retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features wide beach views, a fully equipped kitchen and access to premium resort amenities. Whether you're here for a quiet coastal getaway or a week of sun-filled fun, Palacio 202 is perfectly positioned to deliver both comfort and convenience.

    Step inside and feel the stress melt away. The open-concept living space offers plush furnishings, a large TV and sweeping Gulf views through floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the ideal space to relax after a day on the beach or gather for movie night. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the dining area comfortably seats your group for meals or card games.

    The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, private en suite bath with tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed and easy access to the second full bath. Place was very clean! Condo was nice and well kept. Weather was not good on our stay, so we paid to stay for rain. Not condos fault. Pool was very cold. Price was high!

The door code did not work and it took over an hour to get the code reset to enter the condo. We had a baby, groceries, and luggage waiting outside for over an hour.

clean room, very nice but kitchen had bare minimum as far as dishes, pots and pans. also, the chain lock on entry door was broken so didnt feel so secure. not sure who has access to codes to enter.

Incredibly Convenient

It was amazing to see my balcony, be at the pool, and see the beach all at the same time! I loved how easy these logistics were with 4 kids. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Staff was so helpful and responsive!

October is the best at the beach

October is my new favorite time to visit ! Beautiful weather , less crowd! This was a wonderful property with the great views! I will stay again.

We've stayed at a lot of places in Perdido, but this was hands down one of our favorites!! We WILL be returning!! The view was fantastic, the walk to the beach was super short and easy, and plenty of yummy restaurants nearby! The condo itself was very spacious at an amazing price! Perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this place!!!

The property was well maintained especially since it is the end of the season. There was a slight musty odor and the return air grill was really dirty.

Property was great. Short distance to the beach. Loved that the beach chairs were with the condo. Loved 2 king beds , I would invest in room darkening curtains for the guest bedroom, but we just added a blanket to block out all the light!! Overall the property was great!

Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely love staying in Perdido Key at the Palacio! The views are always breathtaking and the area always has so much to offer. We had a really difficult time checking in and the 24 hr help line number did not work when we needed it too. However, in the morning the rental company contacted us and was very apologetic about the major inconvenience and did make things right! We will definitely be back again in the future!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Palacio. The condo was spacious, clean, and very nice. The view is Beautiful. The walkway to the beach was very short, they have a mat that goes out on to the sand that makes it very easy to walk on. The pool was great! They had staff on sight which is very helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to get a mattress toppers to make the beds more comfortable, they are very hard.to sleep on. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Quick get away

Felt like there was plenty of room for us all. Loved the big shower and tub!!! Very relaxing. Beach was clean. Hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. If you want more of a quiet family atmosphere, then this is the place. If you want more of a party atmosphere, you’ll have to drive a little ways back into Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We wanted the quiet and relaxed…so we loved it here!!!

Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! My only complaint is the lack of working elevators. It took us 20 mins to catch an elevator the day we left in order to get all of our luggage downstairs. Every floor we stopped on had people waiting to get on the elevator.

Great location

This unit felt less finished than the one we stayed in last year. The cover on the fluorescent light in the kitchen was missing, many empty nails from decorations or pictures, dishwasher didn’t work (reported), ceiling fan in the primary is way off balance and noisy(reported).

Nice unit and location

The unit was very spacious. There was a terrible odor upon arrival - sprayed with Lysol and that helped. The dishwasher doesn't work on any cycle. The building parking stops are painted the same color as the parking lot and and

Paradise included

Overall, the experience was wonderful. Located in paradise with perfect white sand beaches. I have no complaints. The unit itself could use a touch up job from excessive use. The kitchen could be furnished with some more useful cooking appliances instead of scratched up teflon pots. The dishwasher doesn't work, a handful of lightbulbs were out and the beds could be replaced. Otherwise, twas comfortable and I would graciously return.

Quick Girls trip!

Property location was great. Room was clean. View was wonderful. The parking lot was full when we came back in at night and had to park in overflow across the road which was fine, but we didn’t know the code for the keypad ahead of time. We called and got it so it was fine but wish we’d known beforehand. Also the cleaning service was opening our door twice before we left the morning of checkout. We left shortly after 9 so not sure why they were trying to come in when checkout was at 10?
