We love staying here when visiting my family. It is so close to family and the house is just perfect for us. It is so cute and clean and has everything you need. The chocolate chip cookies are our favorite thing we look forward to.

This darling home truly is the cleanest and most well-stocked place we have ever stayed. Everything you could ever need is there for you. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The backyard is also gorgeous. The host had gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It is also convenient to major highways. We will stay here for future visits to Pensacola.

This truly is the most wonderful place we have ever stayed. The owner has gone way above and beyond to provide a beautifully decorated and very well-stocked home. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. The fenced backyard is gorgeous and roomy. There is a nice parking place for two cars. Great tourist and restaurant recommendations were provided. We will plan to stay there on future visits.

We just left this property, so sad to leave. We were coming up from Ft. Myers to visit our son. We had such a wonderful time! This house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! Love the cute back yard! When we got there, there were tasty home made cookies, and some dog treats for our furry family member! Marisa is such a wonderful host! I feel like we bonded! I can honestly say, she thinks of everything you might need! This property is close to everything, couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!! I would highly recommend this place for your vacation needs. Home had everything we could possibly need. Fresh baked cookies and dog treats waiting for our arrival. Property manager reached out to us during a thunderstorm to make sure we were aware of the weather conditions and she let us come a couple hours earlier than check in time!! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

House was exactly as pictured - beautiful! Fit all of perfectly. Owner went above and beyond with communication and welcome. Beds were comfortable, backyard fenced with plenty of room, plenty of room inside that we comfortable but not on top of each other. Great water pressure and hot water - and shower heads were high - a bonus when at least 2 of us are 6’0 plus. 30 minute drive to beaches but that wasn’t are primary reason for visiting so that was ok. Quite nice neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Book this one! Great location. Comfy beds and super comfy reclining couch and loveseat. Very large living room enabled us to entertain family. All the teenagers ran up to the loft to hang out. Screened in porch for those that needed an escape. The owners provided so many extra details from homemade cookies, laundry detergent, toiletries and games for family fun nights. Property was in a nice neighborhood close to bay and groceries. Fabulous stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and 3 4-legged pets. Marisa our host was exceptional. Do not book this place via VRBO because you will be charged a service fee. Book via Evolve whom the house is listed with.

The home was awesome and highly recommended. All we needed for our stay were us and our clothes. It was very inviting and comfortable. The personal touches like coffee and pet treats were much appreciated by the humans. However, the fur baby turned his nose up at the treats.

The cottage is wonderful! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. There were even some delicious homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! Communication with Marisa was great. We enjoyed our stay in spite of a rainy week. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our son's graduation in Pensacola. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The neighborhood was safe and great for walking our dog. My older parents joined us and we gave them the downstairs bedroom as they have trouble with stairs. Upstairs was perfect for our family of 4 and Marisa had so many amenities waiting for us (her homemade cookies were delicious!)! I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone traveling to Pensacola. Close to downtown, shopping, dining and the beaches. Great stay!

It was nice to get inside with a code and not have to use a key. We found poopy underwear up in the loft area and there were socks in the closet off of the master bath. My dog is 5 and never had fleas. He was groomed and bathed 2 days before we arrived at this house. The yard was yucky. My dog got fleas from the yard. The enclosed porch also had a terrible smell. The other thing that did not work out well was the loft upstairs. If they were watching a movie, you could hear it in the tv room and then couldn’t hear what you were watching.

From the start Marisa was a phenomenal host. She kept in contact to ensure everything was ready for our arrival and even provided some complimentary items you don't see other hosts typicality provide. It's a quiet, cozy house that's perfect for four adults, but has enough room to add two more people. The decor was pleasant and tasteful. We were really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and would consider staying again!

Host was very accommodating and communicated well! All the little extras was very nice, beach chairs, towels, spices, coffee and tea and cookies. Only negative was the outside noise, planes flying low and noise from apartments behind home.
