IT WAS ONE HEALTH CODE VIOLATION AFTER ANOTHER. MOLD EVERYWHERE, HUMAN WASTE ON THE DOOR, WALL, AND FLOOR. BURN HOLES IN THE BLANKET, ON THE FLOOR, ON THE FURNITURE, BURNS ON THE WALL OUTLETS. LONG BLACK HAIRS ON THE TOWLS. BROWN STAINS ON THE TOWLS. LONG BLACK HAIRS ON THE TUB. MOLD IN THE MICROWAVE. MOLD ALL OVER THE MATTRESS, BROWN STAINS ALL OVER THE SHEETS. WHAT LOOKED LIKE BED BUG DROPPINGS IN THE SEEMS OF THE MATTRESS. I HAVE VIDEO AND PHOTO'S. AND THERE ARE EVEN MORE BIO HAZARDS.THE DESK CLERK WAS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY, ASKED FOR MY CARD BEFORE HANDING ME MY CONTACT WHICH WAS COMPLETELY IN SPANISH, I SAID I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH. HE SAID HE DIDN'T EITHER. AFTER SEEING THE ROOM AND TAKING PHOTOS AND VIDEOS, I RETURNED TO THE DEST TO GET A REFUND. HE WAS SLEEPING AND HAD TO WAKE TO BUZZ ME IN. AFTER ASKING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR OWNER, HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD RETURN AT 9AM. HE COULD'NT DO A REFUND. WOULDN'T TELL ME THE MANAGERS NAME OR CALL THEM, OR EMAIL. DENIED HE KNEW A WAY TO REACH THEM. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AT 9AM, AND THROUGH THE DAY, BUT WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS STILL UNAVAILABLE. LEFT MY INFORMATION, BUT NO REPLY. CALLED THE FOLLOWING DAY, WAS TOLD SHE WAS INFORMED BUT LEFT. CALLED THE NEXT DAY. AND TOLD SHE WOULDN'T BE BACK TILL FRIDAY. IT WAS WEDNESDAY. I TOOK MY VIDEO'S AND PICKS TO MY BANK AS EVIDENCE AND FILED A DISPUTE. GOT A NEW CARD. THIS PLACE IS A HOTEL OF HORRORS. WHY YALL WOULD ADVERTISE FOR THEM IS BEYOND ME.
