Summerlin är en underbar egendom - inte en hög höjning och bara 30 lägenheter i byggnaden! Poolen är en stor storlek, belägen på stranden och uppvärmd under vintermånaderna. Fastigheten har garage och grill. Dessa lägenheter är vackert inredda och mycket välfyllda! Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och det är STRAND FRONT med en entré till stranden balkongen. En 40 "LED-TV och DVD-spelare i sovrummet för din underhållning och en Bose radio / CD-spelare. Stranden vid stranden har en helt ny soffa, gott om bekväma sittplatser och en 47" platt-TV och Blu-Ray DVD spelare. Gäst sovrummet har en Queen size-säng och en 36 "LED-platt-TV plus Samsung Blu-Ray DVD-spelare också. Alla rum har fantastisk inredning inklusive badrummen med nytt trägolv i hela sovrummen. Köket är mycket rymligt med bänkskivor i granit inklusive ön, alla större apparater och ALLT du kan behöva förbereda en läcker måltid för dina nära och kära. Mycket välfylld !!! Loving vacation life on the beach

This unit is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. I hope to be able to go back next year.

Weather was cloudy, beaches and restaurants were great.

Nice location, well appointed condo. Could have used a few basics like salt & pepper, paper napkins and plates, dish soap. But all in all a great facility.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. My husband was very happy with our condo. I’m a stickler. I found the lighting in the primary to be a bit dark. I also felt the bed was super hard. Overall, we felt the condo was comfortable. Great balcony and beach service was awesome. We would definitely book again.
