From the balcony you can wake up to the most gorgeous sunrise & in the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island! The accommodations are just as fabulous. This condo isn't "cluttered" like most condos. We love the clean feel as you walk into the unit. The owners have done a great job, thank you for allowing us to stay in your heaven away from home. We have enjoyed staying here the past 3 years.

The staff was very helpful and had the problem fixed in no time. The only complaint was the house dirty. We found something all over the wall in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up and there was dust all over the counters and dressers. We found hair balls on the floor. Other than those issues everything else was great.

However we did not have air conditioning all week the thermostat ever reached below 77 degrees. We had 4 women in there all menopausal. It was miserable. 4 times maintenance had to make appt with us to see what the problem was and we’re never able to fix it.

We were so thrilled with the entire layout! there was room to move around and it wasn't cluttered like some places we have stayed! The modern style was Awesome! Being on the top floor was amazing, you could see everything & enjoy the ocean! We had perfect weather for being January, the temps were in the high 60's but on the balcony it was much warmer. GREAT! We love the planes & copters from Elgin flying over, we miss the sound of them not to mention the ocean! This is our new favorite place to stay. We will be back next year for sure!

Beautiful condo with issues

Internet and tv in one bedroom didn't work for first three days because wifi code was not conveyed properly, address was not recognizable by GPS and we were repeatedly directed to the wrong location, shelving unit fell off the wall in the middle of the night, clothes dryer failed and gave of a burned acrid smell, dryer was not usable for last half of our stay Too expensive to have this many problems. Too many calls to resolve problems altered the enjoyment of this rental. I wouldn't choose this unit again.

Spacious & Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: By far, this is the best location we've stayed at on Okaloosa Island! The condo was actually much larger in person--the rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony were all much larger than we had anticipated, which is great! It was very quiet and peaceful. There were only minor issues like there only being 1 working elevator which meant sometimes having to wait several minutes for it or taking the stairs. The second issue was cleanliness. The unit was nearly spotless besides the rugs needing some cleaning. They looked like they had only been vacuumed, but dark in color from staining overtime. The balcony was honestly our biggest concern. The locks were broken from where it seems someone previously had shut the sliding doors too aggressively and the lock was bent deeming it unfunctional and a safety concern with children. The sliding doors are quite heavy though. My youngest being 5 couldn't even open it, but it is still nice to have working locks. When we walked on to the balcony, we noticed it hadn't been cleaned properly either--we stepped on glass shards. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and once we swept up, we were able to enjoy it every day! Overall it was honestly a wonderful stay though! I bring up the negatives in order for the property management to become aware. I appreciate the modern upgrades and contemporary décor! It's beautiful and the location is wonderful. Make sure to experience the food further inland, away from the touristy spots though. We love a good all-you-can-eat fish and shrimp at Floyd's, but there are some pretty amazing smaller businesses located across the bridge! Definitely recommend!
