STRAND OCH säger att du inte kan ha båda? Detta lugna område i Perdido Key, Florida ger privat strand tillgång till grannskapet, och bakgård tillgång till båt på det öppna vattnet. Området är omgivet av helgedomen i Perdido Key State Park, som lägger till lugn. Kom och slappna av på den uncrowded stranden, fiska utanför bakgården docka, och parkera din båt eller en hyra båt på vattnet precis i bakgården!

För dina strandutflykter erbjuder vi en ismaskin, kylare med hjul, strandstolar, parasoll, strandleksaker och en vagn med terrängdäck för att tillverka dina tillhörigheter. För vattenvägar leker vi 2 barn kajaker, 2 vuxna kajaker, en SUP stand up paddle board och en paddla båt! För din båt erbjuder vi en plats att hålla fast under din vistelse.

Det finns gott om sittplatser med utsikt över vattnet från 3 balkonger. Ring Toss och Bean Bag majs hålet brädor finns för gästunderhållning.

Hela 3 sovrum 3. 5 badhus har nyligen renoverats upp till botten med kustnära finish och high end möbler. Rostfria apparater i köket, som är fullt lagrad för att laga mat och servera dina gäster.

Vardagsrummet har nya möbler och en 65 "4k HD-TV och Blu Ray-spelare. Alla rum har HD-TV. Alla 4 TV-apparater har röstkommando-fjärrkontroller med streaming via Cox Cable, Netflix, YouTube och andra appar. Det finns super snabbt wifi internet i hela huset.

Great Spring Break Location

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Some days we did not even leave the property because of the entertainment it provided (kayaking, mini golf, and of course the amazing pool). We hope to return next year!

Perfect for families

Our stay was amazing, the house had so much to offer for us as a family, you literally just need to bring clothes. There were pack n plays in every bedroom (3). The pool closet had a ton of beach chairs, toys, wagon and refrigerator. And it was very clean it looked brand new.

Sibling vacation

My husband and I stayed here for a week with his two sisters and their husbands. The house was just like the photos- good condition, clean, & well-equipped. Eric & Lindsey were both great to work with and prompt to address questions. Pickleball just across the street & beach a short walk away. It was like having our own private beach. We will definitely come again when planning a vacation in the panhandle.

Lovely Experience!

I loved staying here. What really made the property was the attention to little details: high quality patio furniture, Tempur Pedic mattresses (seriously the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in), a super-responsive concierge, etc. The location was also really convenient--we could kayak in the bay or go to the beach without having to drive anywhere. I'm already thinking about coming back!

Secluded retreat

We had an amazing time the property had everything we needed for our stay. We felt like we were on our own private beach and it was a just a very short walk. We had plenty of fun with all the amenities without really leaving the house. We would definitely go back.

Overall Pretty Amazing

The house was great. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable - great bathrooms. The queen and king beds were great but the pull-out couches were difficult to sleep on. One was especially warped and very difficult to put back in - took two people. And, the ceiling fan in the down stairs bedroom squeaked so bad we had to turn it off to get any sleep. We loved taking the kayaks out into the bay - but only because we brought our own. The kayaks that were at the rental were barely usable. The seat on one was broken and all of the paddles were concerning - we didn't use them. Same with the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, sandcastle toys, etc. Not all, but much was damaged. We were glad we had brought our own - that saved us from being really disappointed with the beach equipment. When we opened the door to the pool storage it was a horrible mess. It looked like someone had just stood at the door and tossed everything in. I realize that we were there well into the vacation season and many guests had used the equipment. Lindsey was very prompt in handling all our concerns but it seems to me that would not have been necessary if someone checked the equipment prior to our arrival. Also, the washing machine probably needs to be serviced - it didn't get the clothes very clean and sounded like it could quit at any moment. All of the out door space was well thought out and we enjoyed it thoroughly - especially the super nice Adirondack chairs and gliders. They were awesome.

Exceptional

We absolutely loved everything about this home! It was beautiful, well maintained and so close to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. Great location! Good food options. Very few people on the beach was a major plus! The only slightly inconvenient part was crossing the sometimes quite busy road to get to the beach. But we didn’t mind. The pool was great to have to ourselves, and we definitely enjoyed using the paddle boards. They even have an ice machine and so much equipment for you to use at the beach! I could go on and on. We loved it and will definitely return in this future!
