The fully stocked kitchen has a full suite of appliances, plenty of cookware, and all the essentials to prepare meals. Whether hosting a dinner or enjoying a quiet night, this kitchen has everything you need.

The sleeping quarters offer restful retreats. The primary bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms feature cozy queen beds. All bedrooms have wall-mounted SmartTVs. All bedrooms have linens, extra blankets, and thoughtful touches to ensure comfort. Each of the two full bathrooms is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, providing a spa-like experience.

Home Features:

SLEEPS:  6  - The Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed.

EAT/COFFEE:  The well-appointed kitchen has all the necessities, including a Single-Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Coffee Maker for morning coffee. The dining table seats 6, and the counter/bar seating for 4 more.

TV / WIFI:  Wifi is included, as well as TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.

BATHROOM:  The primary bathroom has dual sinks and a step-in shower. The guest bathroom is a tub/shower combo. On the first floor is a half-bath.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are available for your convenience and on the second floor.

PARKING: Please park your vehicle in the driveway, being mindful not to block the neighbors' parking spaces.

OUTDOORS:  Open Patio off the back door with two Adirondack chairs and access to the community pool.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Welcome to Florida, where our humid environment supports a variety of beneficial bugs. Even though the home has regular pest control, sometimes rain can drive these critters indoors. While we do not offer refunds for the occasional bug, mosquito, lizard, or spider inside, keeping doors and windows closed and limiting exterior lighting can help keep bugs out. We've provided gentle bug spray under the kitchen sink for your convenience. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and natural surroundings during your stay!

Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

Getting Around: Pensacola is best explored with a car or vehicle as it offers the most convenience and flexibility. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are also available for shorter distances within the city. In the Downtown and East Hill areas, VEO scooter rentals are a popular and convenient way to get around for shorter trips or to explore local attractions. ///Another great option includes the Pensacola Beach Trolley, a free service provided by the Santa Rosa Island Authority. GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:  We usually cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet.
