This extremely spacious luxury condo was completely renovated recently by a well-known local designer specializing in high-end gulf-front condominium properties. From the moment you come off the elevator into your private foyer, you will notice the special touches that will make this condo your forever vacation getaway spot. This elegant 20th Floor three-bedroom, three-bath Penthouse overlooks the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar-white sands of Perdido Key. Even though this condo is considered a 3 BR Penthouse, we have our rental rates set at, or below, typical 3 BR condos at Indigo.
This condo has all the trappings of luxury living, 11-foot ceilings, a NEW 65” Smart TV in the living room, comfortable linens, and all new furniture. The kitchen has a Keurig and a Cuisinart coffee maker with all the cookware and utensils you'll need. The Master suite is complete with a jetted Jacuzzi garden tub, a spacious shower, and separate vanities. The second bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a combination shower and tub. The second and third bedrooms share a balcony with north views of Perdido Key and Ole River. Enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf while you relax and unwind on your private balcony at Indigo East. This Gulf-front Perdido Key vacation rental features a zero-entry pool and 500 feet of private beach. This lovely location is also only a 15-minute drive from Orange Beach and Florabama. The Birmingham, AL owners of this condo are represented by Perdido Prime Vacation Rentals. Perdido Prime will provide a very personalized rental experience and be available all hours and days to handle any and all needs that might arise during your vacation. As you will see from the photographs of this property, this condo is exceptional in every way.

Needed Family Time

Property was excellent and hosts were incredible. Definitely a favorite come back place to share time and Love with families. Enough space to have me time as well.

Amazing!

The condo at Indigo east was amazing! It had everything that we needed and then some. The pool and the beach were spectacular! Tony and Elizabeth, the property managers, were so good to work with. They checked on us and even included some sweet surprises for us during the week! I recommend this condo for anyone that needs a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful condo!!

Condo was beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. Check in was wonderful. Tony meet us downstairs and took us up with our keys/wristbands . Walked through the condo to make sure everything was acceptable. Beautiful balcony, full laundry room. The beds were all great and the linens were just as nice. Definitely would recommend staying in this unit. We will be back!! Perfect place for the week!!
