  • This property is a three bedroom, regardless of what it says in the description as it won’t let me change it, but it can sleep up to eight people. This is my home, my primary residence and it is available all summer Open plan new family home. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful views with amazing sunsets. West facing so lots of sun. 2 drive way parking spots. New clean. and quiet family neighbourhood. 5 min drive from the beach and downtown. Nice hikes as the house is trails around it. FYI there is a renter in the basement suite with a separate entrance behind house. No noise after 10pm please and no parties or large gatherings

Great home in an excellent location. We were travelling with 4 adults and 2 tennagers. The Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and has everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Our family enjoyed this house so we could all be together. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed eating together. The house is up on the mountain but only a 10 minute drive to the beach which is where we spent much of our time. Jason answered questions promptly. Thanks for opening your home to us!

We were very happy to enter such a clean and spacious home after a long drive. It is well maintained with good amenities. We really appreciated its location, as it situated in a quieter area of town that made travel easier, but was still quick and easy to get anywhere in town. The host was also geeat to communicate with for the questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great property. Amenities, including kitchen and beds all good. Family oriented neighbourhood. VERY much above Pentiction, so a car is a must.We had a challenge with the TVs in the bedrooms (got the living room working OK) and there is no bathroom on the lower floor where the third bedroom is located. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Lots of pots, plates etc etc in the kitchen, even nice wine glasses! Overall a great place to call home while in Pentiction.

There was enough parking. A work truck was always parked in front of the house and made it difficult to manoeuvre around it. The TV channels were limited and we could not watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Overall a great place.

Really great place overall- super clean and comfy. Enjoyed the outdoor space open concept kitchen, and living room. The tenant downstairs was upset with the noise levels, despite us just making dinner and then watching a movie, but I imagine the noise carries easily to the suite downstairs. The owner is super nice and had great communication with us.

The home is lovely, clean, well stocked and looks like the photos. Our group of 4 (2 couples) were divided with regards to the comfort of the bedrooms. The couple who stayed in the master bedroom were very happy and comfortable. The couple who stayed in the second bedroom had problems sleeping because the air conditioner/heat pump vent was right next to the bed and was very noisy. The couple had difficulty in going to sleep and it woke them up during the night. One of them slept on the deck for 3 nights so they could get some sleep. If you are a light sleeper and noise bothers you, the second bedroom is not for you.In all other ways, this house was perfect for 2 couples travelling together.

Great Stay

We stayed at Jay's place for a boys golf trip. The place was very nice and served as a great homebase for our trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house and location! Close enough to all of the amenities in Penticton, but far enough away for a calm, relaxing place to spend the night. Great views in a peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more ... will definitely be back!
