Welcome to Penticton's Skaha Lake dream location just steps to the most exclusive Sudbury & Skaha beaches, walk the beach board walk, marina, best kite surfing location year-round, volleyball, tennis, beach fire pit, concession & ice cream stands, playgrounds, Kayaking / Paddle-boarding right outside your door, Tube down the canal to the end and your home, many biking trails, wineries, restaurants nearby.
This Spanish-style beauty is semi-water front at 3000 sq ft. with a quiet cul-de-sac. 4 large bedrooms with comfy hotel bedding, 3 with their own private balconies 4 bathrooms, 2-4 piece, 2-2 piece spread out over 3 floors of living. The entry-level has a bedroom with 1 double & 1 single bed side by side with a full double vanity shower/bath combo bathroom, a Rec room with tons of comfy seating, TV & FP outdoor to pool/hot tub, eating area with many lounging areas by the pool, with sectional couch and loungers for the sun worshippers. The main floor has a large master bedroom with its own private balcony with king bed, TV, a large new 4-piece bathroom with freestanding tub and shower, large open kitchen, dining/ living area w FP, with amazing views of lake and mountains, indoor & outdoor sectional seating & BBQ for watching the sunsets. The top floor has 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds and each with its own private balcony, 2 piece bathroom. The pool is open April 30-Sept 30 and covered off-season, the hot tub is open year-round, note when hosting guests we are on site living in the converted suite in the garage however, you will ever see or hear us. Great Stay, Inaccurate Listing
I agree with all others reviews that have observed clean house and plenty of room for gathering. However, the 1st bedroom on the main floor is not adequate for adults, rather for young children. The bunk bed turned into two tween beds, with low end mattresses and without the mattress protector and cheap polyester fabric beddings. The worst part was every time someone uses the shower or the washrooms above you feel like a bucket of water is coming towards your head while you sleep. Very poor insulation. Should be advertised as the house for 6 adults max and 2-4 kids. As a party of 4 couples we found very dificult to share 2 shower with other couples. Very high cleaning fee included in the price for the house that we left immaculate. Otherwise, very specious, other bedrooms were nice, plenty of dishes and spices that we did not expect to find. Proximity to the lake was great.

Overal a great stay. Great amenities. Fabulaous master and kitchen. Property good location just off Skaha beach. Only issue is wished there was a shower on top floor.

Perfect place for what we wanted to do, visit 2 to 3 Vineyards per day, several dinner enjoyed with such a perfect kitchen and the large dinning table. Bathroom ensuite was very nice but needed to be careful, very slippery tiles, nice touch with the heated floor. Well equipped kitchen, nothing was missing, we managed to work the BBQ on many evenings and relax in the Hot Tub. Only complains were the beds other then the main floor, might need replacement. Last note showering soap on the second bathroom weren't provided.

Girls Reunion Trip
We stayed over Peachfest weekend (without even realizing it when we booked!) And it couldnt have been more perfect for 8 women to reunite for an overdue girls weekend. The house is everything you could want and more. There was more than enough supplies (towels, kitchenware, games, blankets - everything) and so much space to spread out if needed. The backyard and pool/hottub was the perfect private oasis when we werent in town or at the beach or wineries. Highly recommend. None of us wanted to leave!! Thanks Suzanne.

Amazing Location
Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Was the perfect place for our large family to stay and relax. Owner was great at answering our questions. House is in a perfect location between two beaches on quiet street. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The family room was great for children,fit 7adults and 3children comfortably thank you I would rent it again when it is a bit warmer out for sure
