Plats, plats, plats !! Välkommen till vår härliga två sovrum ett bad bungalow ligger bokstavligen bara några steg från alla fantastiska restauranger och butiker på N. Utsikt i Peoria Heights. Vi är också belägna bara 5 minuter från US Route 150 och Interstate 74 och 10 minuter från centrala Peoria. Om du vill vara i centrum av allt, boka din vistelse här!
Vi har skapat ett hem hemifrån för vår familj och vänner och nu förlänger den till dig! Varje sovrum har en full size-säng med designer sängkläder. Förutom detta finns en drottning soffa utlopp i vardagsrummet om det behövs. Vårt kök har allt du behöver för en kort eller längre vistelse inklusive tvättmaskin / torktumlare, spis, kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Vi har också en Keurig kaffemaskin med de olika tillbehören som behövs för en nybryggad kopp kaffe eller te. Under din vistelse är du välkommen att sitta ute på vår härliga täckta veranda och koppla av och njut av atmosfären i det charmiga stadsdelen. Vi har en bekväm parkeringsplats i vår uppfart, och det finns också gott om ytterligare gatuparkering.

Historia av vår gata: Duryea Avenue är uppkallad efter Charles Duryea som konstruerade den första amerikanska bensindrivna bilen. Duryea plågar vann Amerikas första bilrace med sin bil 1895. Strax efter det år 1898 införde Charles Duryea Duryea Manufacturing Co. i Peoria Heights, och en av hans tidiga fordon kan hittas på Peoria Riverfront Museum i centrala Peoria.

Great location, not in great shape, needs some maintenance and repairs, and a good cleaning inside and out. There is a lot of dust on the lights in the bathroom. The outside deck is a nice spot to relax and watch wildlife.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it

A weekend in Peoria

The house is a block off Main Street but quiet. The Main Street has several fun and good restaurants. The house is dated but very clean and has basics of everything needed. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Good air conditioning and heat. Pleasant stay

Do not stay here

We didn’t even stay, the property was filthy, took a ton of pics, shared with Vrbo, never heard back from home owner. I have a listing with VRBO and they were completely useless as far as helping guest as well as getting in touch with the host. I am cancelling my listing with VRBO! Do Not Stay at this Property!!!’

Week long stay

Its a very small 2 bedroom house with 1 bathroom (in one of the bedrooms), kitchen and living room. Couch could stand to be replaced as it wasnt very comfortable. TV could also be replaced with larger screen. Its an okay stay for 1-2 night trip though.

We travelled here for a softball tournament with our 17year old. House is clean and within walking distance to nice restaurants and shopping. Layout of the house was quirky but it is an old home and to be expected. The only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms which makes sharing with a teenage girl difficult. But that’s just our family dynamic and no fault of the house LOL. House served its purpose and we had a good time there! Thanks for having us!

Charming Simplicity

A little cottage in the city…such a treasure. Our needs are simple, thus we wouldn’t change a thing. Bedding and bath towels are luscious. All was in good working order…furnace, hot water, etc (very important in my view especially since it snowed and the temp dropped dramatically during our stay). Delightful 💝

Comfy getaway in the Heights

This is our 2nd time to rent this house and it was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean and stocked with anything you might need. It's within easy walking distance to great restaurants and a good location overall. Ashley is awesome to work with and always helpful. We would definitely rent this home again.

Walkable and cozy

My friend and I enjoyed our getaway weekend together. We didn't drive our cars all weekend and loved the walkability of the shops, restaurants, trails, coffee shop, and bakery. The house was cozy and warm, and it seemed like a very safe area for two females. It was a fun and relaxing getaway! We'd stay here again.

Great location

Exceptional Location

If you want to enjoy the nightlife scene and wonderful restaurants less than a block from the house, this is the place to stay. Location is close to so many wonderful adventures. Communications with Ashley were exceptional. Worked well for our needs.

Basic but comfortable

Home is in a good location to stores and restaurants. Surprised there were no closets in the two bedrooms. Armoire in living room. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Beds were too small for me and my husbands liking, so we used both bedrooms. Overall experience was fine and served our purpose.

The Best!

Everything I wanted and more. I was in Peoria for my 55th high school reunion. This Beautiful Bungalow was walking distance to several excellent restaurants. And easy driving distance to all Reunion Events. The Host was very helpful and friendly. What could be better?
