“The staff was really friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and maintained. The only problem I had was the shower wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come shortly. She also gave me the option of changing my room. I declined unless it wasn’t fixable. “Staff friendly. Clean. Room overpriced for what it was and the area. Looks like they increased price for local event. Room had bedside light out, shower dripped and made noise as it hit drain cover (all night) and only one chair (desk chair) in room. They charged $5 facilities maintainable fee on top of room charges. No irony there. Stayed in much nicer Marriott properties in NYC, Chicago and elsewhere for less.”
