âReally enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! We could walk right on the beach each day and when we were done with the beach we could rinse off and head right to the lazy river pool. There you could order drinks and listen to live music. Truly a fun and relaxing vacation!â

âService requests suck, and maintenance in the room was not fixed completely. And front desk follow up suck on first try, and second request was half way done so they still suck.â

âGreat stay. Except for check out!! At exactly check out time front desk was knocking at my door saying â itâs check out time!â
Very unprofessional. Meanwhile, the cleaning lady gave dirty looks standing behind the front desk rep. Itâs a very nice hotel, but the staff will ruin a business!! â
âHotellets placering lĂ„g perfekt, lĂ€ttillgĂ€ngligt och centralt. N Palafox Street Ă€r fantastisk och fylld med restauranger om man gĂ„r söderut.
Rummen var inget speciella, de hade dock dragit ner pÄ stÀdningen pga Covid-19, trots att golvet moppades dÄ och dÄ sÄ var det jÀtte smutsigt. Poolen var ofrÀsch och smutsig. Automatlyset pÄ toaletten gick igÄng i tid och otid, tillsammans med en högljudd flÀkt. Vi anmÀlde det men inget hÀnde.
Frukosten var under all kritik, godis kex, dÄligt kaffe, och...

âThe purpose of what I needed from staying at this motel was served. The family that owns this property takes very good care of their business, they care for the yard and rooms. Everything was clean and nice. Chris that works there as housekeeping was very sweet and hard working. If I came back to Pensacola I would most definitely stay here again. Great value, good location to get to Gulf Breeze or the airport. This location seems to be in the middle. â
