“Really enjoyed everything about this condo and the entire property. I specifically wanted a first floor unit but there were two down sides to being on the first floor. The dunes blocked the view of the beach but this wasn't a show stopper. We did however experience a lot of noise from unit above... nothing extravagant, just a heavy walker and the screech of chairs sliding back and forth at the dining table. For this reason, i would choose a higher floor on future trips. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. We loved the easy access to our boat throughout the stay and the ability to park our trailer onsite. Everything was clean and management was very helpful during our stay. ”

“It was all very nice and beautiful. A couple of minor things. The corkscrew is broken. The bottom of the shower door needs attention. But the worst was when there were high winds there was a load hollowing coming thru the main door. That is almost enough to keep us from renting again. ”

“The beachfront view was amazing. We loved the location in relation to beach access, as well as the location to shopping and eating. However, the building was under construction during our stay, and we had no knowledge of a lot of the amenities having no access while we were there. There was no access at all to the pool, hot tub, 2nd floor parking, or to the community ice machine. We had to park across the street, and our ice machine in the unit only produced a handful of ice during the entirety...
