Amazing room, we had a deluxe suite with a private patio and private jacuzzi. Amazing food all day. Spa was divine. Staff was amazing, knowledgeable and resourceful. Will come back for sure!!

Schönes Boutique Hotel etwas ausserhalb
Sehr gepflegtey Boutique Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Pereira. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, das Bad etwas klein mit guter Douche. Sehr schönes und gepflegter Garten. Dort kommt nimmt man die Mahlzeiten ein. Schöner Pool. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich Wir mussten wegen einer Verspätung unseres Fluges noch länger dort bleiben und könnten unserer Zimmer bis 13.00 behalten.

Excellent and quiet get away
The staff was very accomodating. My wife has been ill and we had to make several trips to the hospital in town which was very close. The staff worked with us to reschedule activities. We had to check out early and the staff was very helpful. Its a great place to relax that is close to town

A beautiful property and an amazing experience. The atmosphere, rooms, staff, and food are all excellent. The hotel is tastefully decorated. Waking up to the sounds of birds is relaxing. We did a few tours through the hotel and they were all well thought out and enjoyable. We communicated with the hotel via whats app before arriving and their communication was on point. The hotel is a warm and happy place. They are dedicated to giving you a great experience and not nickel and dime you. This is truly a family run hotel where everyone is made to feel welcome. My Tibetan mother and I were even more warmed to see Tibetan furniture around the hotel - side by side and complementing the local artisan furniture and decorations.

Súper mal el servicio de recepción! El jacuzzi se demoro como 5 horas en calentar y no daban ninguna solución,se escucha todo de una habitation a otra, de hotel de descanso no tiene nada. demasiado caro para lo que ofrece no es como se ve en fotos

This hotel is misleading and not as advertised. BE CAREFUL WHEN GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. They will charge your card without your permission without any details. ALSO, there accounting and the way they handle money is very bad. I booked through Orbitz and was not supposed to pay until after my stay. The hotel broke this policy and requested I pay in advance before me arrival. This is not right and because of the language barrier it made it challenging to communicate. Also the Masinga Lodge not well cared for and feels like you’re outside in the jungle with all the bugs and insects inside your living space. The garden in there is not well manicured and overgrown. The rooms smells like mold and musty. I do not recommend staying here. The staff are unprofessional and but try their best to help guests.

This property checks all the boxes excellent customer service great location, cleanliness, and the food is amazing, out of all day hotels that I've been to Sazagua's customer service is the best. A especial thanks to Fredy.

Sazagua was beyond my expectations. It was like a fairy tale . My room was beautiful and looked out over the property. The birds were breathtaking !!! Spa was great food was delicious no need to leave this place . !!!

This is a lovely property. The staff is very polite and super attentive. One night we sat around the firepit and the staff was there to make sure the fire kept going and we were able to order wine, etc. I was able to invite some family with no issues to hang out by the pool and chill out by the firepit. The only issue was the smell in the room, which was very humid.

Hotel qui a du être jadis un très beau hôtel mais demande a être rénovée entièrement chambre vétuste et odeur de moisi insupportable, pour le petit déjeuner il y a pas de choix continental pas de viennoiserie pas de confitures et pain traditionnel. Le personnel est agréable .

Beautiful nature. Hundreds of birds flying around just in front of you. Silence. Good food. Nice staff. Even owner's pets (dogs and cats) were part of the feel-good atmosphere. Nothing I disliked - except it rained a lot!!! Nothing to be done about that.
