We have already discussed your comments in detail on site and clarified them sufficiently. It is a pity that you communicate this again in this form (unfortunately with incorrect information), which is why we would like to comment here. The neighboring casino does NOT belong to our company. We merely share the premises, but have no other points of contact. Our 3 star restaurant Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau is indeed only open from Thursday to Sunday. You can also find out on our homepage that Victor's Landgasthaus Die Scheune (not the castle!) is currently closed. This information is online available to guests at any time. Please inform yourself sufficiently before your trip. Regarding your room requests, we ask you to inform our reservation department before your arrival, so that we can implement them according to possibility and availability. Unfortunately, we lacked any information such as the desire "room in the castle" or "rooms close together". On site we can not implement these at short notice due to the high occupancy of the hotel. Here we hope for your understanding. The room situation presented by you is also unfortunately incorrectly described. Of course, children may and must be accommodated in the room of the parents due to the duty of supervision. You expressly booked the room constellation (one child with one parent) in advance. There is no error on our part. You also note the size of the rooms in your feedback. Larger rooms are bookable through our suite categories. A description of each room category including size can also be found online at any time. If you are unsure, our reservation department is also available to advise you. Finally, we would like to inform you that our indoor pool is of course heated (30 degrees). We are sorry that you did not notice this or even found it too cold. Our hotel is quietly located in the vineyards in the Tri-border area, on the edge of a small wine village. Most of our guests come expressly for this tranquility, to achieve the best possible relaxation factor. It is a pity that this did not appeal to you. We do not have full influence on the information of third-party sites such as hotels.com, so that sometimes information is communicated misleadingly or even incorrectly. Children are always welcome, but in a different presentation as described by hotels.com. The information described by you with 15km is unfortunately not found on hotels.com after a renewed search on our part. Nevertheless, the information is clearly wrong, because the castle (belonging to our hotel) is a few minutes walk next to our main building (villa). We wish you all the best and stay healthy! Because of its historic location, the hotel is deliberately Roman in style - a thoroughly harmonious concept and chosen with great care. But this definitely has nothing to do with Las Vegas. Perhaps you mean the casino next door, which is not part of our company. However, we regret that the interior does not suit your taste. We also offer rooms in the castle, which is furnished in the Renaissance style. Our guests are welcome to let us know in advance where they prefer to stay. In fact, our room service offers only a smaller selection from the menu. This is so common and we are sorry that this did not suit you. Of course, we always strive to provide the best possible service and quality. The 5-star superior seal of approval is awarded by the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA). This classification is reviewed every three years in 270 criteria such as rooms, gastronomy, service, etc.. We are proud to pass this award again and again.
