Overlooking Lake Como, the "Relax and Happiness" holiday home in Perledo welcomes you with peaceful views and a private heated jacuzzi available year-round. The 65 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and shared dryer. You have access to a small communal gym, fitness equipment, sauna, and Turkish bath in the spa area with a heated pool. A crib and high chair are available on request.



Enjoy a beautiful private outdoor terrace with a year-round heated jacuzzi and access to the spa with pool, Turkish bath, and sauna (1 hour per day included). Sauna and Turkish bath are available for an extra charge. A parking space is provided in a garage 30 meters from the residence. Pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.



The awning may only be opened during the day and must be closed at night, in rain, wind, or when you are away. If left open in unsuitable conditions and damaged, guests will be held responsible.



A welcome package is provided.



Beds: Please note that bed linen is prepared based on the number of guests, with 1 double bed per 2 people: for 2 guests, 1 double bed will be made; for 4 guests, 2 double beds. Please write a note after booking via the platform. Without this note, we are not responsible for an inadequate number of sheets.
