Located on the first floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, a sofa, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Room 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Room 2 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 : a double sofa bed and storage space
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, 2 mobile air conditioners, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A west facing balcony of about 10 m².
- An east-facing terrace of 20-25m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

Located about thirty kilometers from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a City of Art and History thanks to its past as the former continental capital of the kingdom of Majorca.
