The Keaton Condo

  • Come enjoy your stay at The Keaton Kondo. Our place is fenced in and gated. Very secluded. Huge spacious yard, perfect for the kids to play. The Keaton Kondo is a single wide trailer. Very clean and in excellent shape. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. An air mattress is provided. It is in the smaller bedroom’s closet. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and wash cloths. One roll of toilet paper will be provided in each bathroom. If you need more, you will have to bring your own. The kitchen is fully furnished. Plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc are provided. One roll of paper towels will be provided. If you need more, you will have to bring your own. You are welcome to utilize the washer and dryer that is there. However, laundry detergent will not be provided. You will have to bring your own. A shelter is provided if you would like to park your boat under during your stay. We have the perfect outdoor sink area for all your fish and scallop cleaning needs. Between the shelter and the back porch, there is plenty of covered area for your family to hang out outside. You are welcome to cook on the two grills that are provided. One is electric and one is gas.

Our stay was excellent, and the owners were absolutely fantastic. Helpful is almost an understatement—they were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by sharing the best boat launch locations and other great local tips that made our trip even better.The property was perfect for our needs. The large yard easily accommodated our truck, boat, and trailer with plenty of room to maneuver. The home itself was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place with exceptional hosts.

Nice home

Very cozy nice home. Huge yard the car port was taken up with a boat already but enough covered parking for a bike or something similar. Host was very responsive. I'll stay here again.
