Tay Views Apartment is a modern recently refurbished fourth floor apartment in the centre of Perth city with views of Kinnoull Hill and the River Tay.. All on the Fourth Floor:

Public car park, at cost. No smoking.. The Tay Views Apartment offers a modern, top floor living experience in the heart of Perth city. This two-bedroom apartment provides comfort for up to four guests, boasting scenic views of Kinnoull Hill and the River Tay. Its central location makes it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy city breaks. Accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with kingsize bed and double bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and a family shower room has shower cubicle, toilet and sink. There is a kitchen/dining room that is well-equipped, and a living room with Smart TV and views across to Kinnoull hill and the River Tay where you can see harbour seals, otters and beavers which were recently reintroduced to Scotland.

Perth offers a variety of attractions that cater to different interests such as kayaking tours around Tayside. The newly redeveloped Perth Museum, set to open in Spring 2024, will be a world-class cultural and heritage attraction featuring the Stone of Destiny. Nature enthusiasts can explore Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park, Scotland’s first official woodland park, offering scenic trails and diverse wildlife. History buffs will appreciate The Black Watch Castle and Museum, located in the historic Balhousie Castle, which brings to life the story of Scotland’s oldest Highland Regiment. A great base to explore Perth and the surrounding area. The only hard part was carrying luggage up the stairs at the start of the trip, however the views of the river made this worthwhile.

This is a comfortable flat, very recently refurbished and equipped to a high standard.

This is a comfortable flat, very recently refurbished and equipped to a high standard. It's in a great location, being a short walk from the station and close to the shops, restaurants, and arts stuff in the centre. The views are to the east over the River Tay, with sun flooding into the flat in the morning and lighting the leafy slopes opposite in the evening. Occasional trains crossing the railway bridge over the river can be heard in the flat but no more than a distant rumble and certainly did not disturb us. The external hallway and stairs were clean and quiet. Our host was attentive and quick to help. We were very lucky to find this!

Beautiful flat with stunning views of the nearby river. The flat itself is large and spacious with plenty of storage room, a nice kitchen and a really nicely done shower room. The flat is a short walk to the centre of Perth which we found very convenient, with a number of grocery shops nearby. Finally, our host was a lovely gentleman, always available and obviously really cared about us enjoying our stay to the fullest. Highly recommended.
