“Such a cute little cottage. It was so comfortable and homie. I was so glad to stay here after a hostel in the city. It was peaceful and well equipped. The only part that I did not like was the ladder to the loft, it is a bit sketchy feeling but I know it was sturdy and safe. The beds were comfortable and the spaces cozy.”

Lovely little touches like welcome basket, tourist info, selection of games, outdoor toys, bbq, fire pit and seating. Hot tub was great and in private beautiful relaxing setting with lovely open view. Could see chickens and deer from garden as well as lots of bird activity.”

“Jättetrevligt boende i fräsch lägenhet! Julie var en mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad hyresvärd. Lägenheten var välstädad och låg i ett lugnt och vackert område nära Edinburgh. Mataffär och pub/restaurang i närheten, men vill man bo nära pubar och uteliv passar inte området. Vi trivdes jättebra, använde lägenheten mest för övernattning men tog promenader vid bukten och besökte någon pub. Vi rekommenderar varmt denna lägenhet pga läget, standarden, hyresvärden Julie och priset!”

“Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness. Great place if you can actually get it cheap and just need it a night or two. TONS of stairs, don’t book if you have a bunch of luggage or are by yourself and have several pieces to carry. “We were just there for one night, but Colin was most helpful in making us reservations for dinner at the local pub and showing us a great paved path to walk to the village in five minutes. This home was well stocked and clean and would have been comfortable for a longer stay.”
