Just 10 minutes by car you can reach Assisi and Perugia and in 15-20 minutes you can reach the most beautiful villages in Umbria (Spello, Bevagna, Foligno, Montefalco, Trevi, Lake Trasimeno, Montone etc). The international airport of Umbria is 1.5 km away and the E45 is 3 km away. At 800 meters there are two restaurants, at 30 meters there is a small supermarket. There are 15 restaurants within a 5 km radius. In the annex you can find everything you need from towels to sheets and blankets. There is a courtesy kit for the bathroom, hairdryer.
