Not staffed, but very responsive to texts. No issues with arrival and check-in. Looks like a hotel, operates more like an Airbnb.

“We stayed at CorteViva as it was close to Perugia Airport and it bookended our week's villa rental nearby. The accommodation was very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The garden was a delight. The breakfast was just right. All in all, a delightful stay and we would be happy to return.”
