“was on a short trip to kodaikanal, and happened to stay at the JC Residency, it is a beautiful property with Amazing gardens, the property is built like a resort, and the Rooms are spacious , clean and has an old world charm to it... the restaurant serves a Decent Breakfast, and the alacarte items are tasty. the gardens have been maintained beautifully, and we had the campfire on one of the days.

Bed springs where gone, bathroom locks where broken, bathroom door was half broken, tv didn’t work, pathetic smell, worst staff behaviour and their body language, 6*3 bathroom size worst to the core, overall very terrible experience ”
“This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. The worst place, even if you are in an emergency the reception will not answer your call. The beds are soo old and uncomfortable, we booked for two days but could not even sleep one hour first night and the acting manager promised to refund the second night as we moved to another hotel but the reservations team refused to refund us. Terrible service overall. If you are going from western countries, definitely not the hotel to book”
