The house is just a short distance from grocery stores and supermarkets in Borgo a Mozzano and Marlia. Recommended nearby restaurants include La Fonte, Molin della Volpe, and Valentino (in Fiano). Public transport connections are easily accessible on foot.



The property offers a private parking space, and additional free parking is available on the street. Up to three pets are allowed for an extra fee. Families with children are welcome. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available. The doors are wide and easily accessible. There is also storage for motorbikes and bicycles.
