Perfect 3 bedroom house with AC in awesome Petaluma neighborhood near downtown

Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Petaluma house retreat. Guests will find a well appointed bohemian home featuring one queen bed and two twin beds great for kids or folks who don't mind the 2 smaller bedrooms being attached with no private entrance. There's an extra living room with a twin bed for large groups.

The bathroom includes a porcelain tub with on demand hot water with a filter on the shower for the best quality water With both heating and AC, the house stays comfortable no matter the season. We have updated the kitchen and have all the bells and whistles and a high end water filter in kitchen. Vintage charm with a few quirks such as we need to repaint the walls, and refinish the floors in some spots, but overall we have updated almost everythign in the house. Washer & dryer with soap. Mostly natural linen & cotton bedding and all organic mattresses.

We are on a busy street with no on site parking, parking is half a block away on Webster. We have black out curtains on all necessary windows for a peaceful nights sleep. A second home is in the backyard which uses the driveway and enters through the driveway. The 2 kids bedrooms are attached, you walk though one to get to the second. Great for kids and families, not so much for coworkers if you traveling for work as the privacy is limited in bedroom 2 & 3.

The cute front yard is all yours, and the backyard is not included with this rental as it has another unit on it.
