The property features four separate reception areas, giving guests plenty of space to relax, socialise, work, or enjoy quiet time. The main lounge is bright and comfortable, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the room throughout the day. Comfortable seating includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping flexibility when required.

A standout feature of the home is the impressive conservatory, a large light-filled space overlooking the garden. With floor-to-ceiling glazing and views of the outdoor areas, it's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or spend time with family and friends.

A downstairs private office/storage room
A downstairs cleaners' and maintenance supplies room

These rooms are not required for guest use and their closure does not impact access to any of the advertised living spaces or amenities. All other areas of the property, both indoors and outdoors, are available for guests to enjoy.

Fireplace / Chimney Safety Notice

Please note that the fireplace and chimney are decorative features only and are not operational.

For safety reasons, guests must not light wood fires, coal fires, candles, or any other open flames in the fireplace. The chimney is not in use and has not been certified for guest operation.

Any unauthorised use of the fireplace may create a fire hazard and could result in damage to the property.
