“I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.”

“LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club...

“This place is at the end of the busy part of the Main Street in town. We knew it was next to a cafe but didn’t realize the cafe is also a bar, so there was music till midnight. Fortunately, the music wasn’t as loud as a lot of places and the windows were good at blocking most of the noise. The place was comfortable and the AC worked well.
