Superb residence offering a splendid view of the river. Very bright, you will be charmed by its cozy comfort, its large open space, its two huge galleries and its ground level terrace with spa.

This magnificent home is nestled on a large wooded lot that ensures privacy and is located on the banks of a small stream.

You will be enchanted by the magnificent sunrises.

Only 10 minutes from Le Massif ski center and Baie-Saint-Paul.

This 3-story family cottage is fully equipped and newly redecorated to ensure a memorable stay.

It is a semi-detached house with only one neighbor. The huge balconies facing the river and full sun all day offer unparalleled privacy and brightness.

With 4 bedrooms including 6 beds, it can accommodate 10 people. It is the ideal place for your gatherings with family and friends in a warm and relaxing atmosphere all year long.

You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen that will encourage discussions around the island. Microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. A fondue stove and a raclette stove will also be at your disposal.

Two air conditioning units (heat pump) one on the main floor and the second one in the master bedroom on the first floor.

A slow combustion fireplace for colder evenings, a washer and dryer, a BBQ and a year-round outdoor spa. Please note that each unit has its own spa at the foot of the cottage.

Living room with television, ping-pong table, board games.

You will have at your disposal a large walk-in closet to store your clothes as well as an outdoor shed to store your equipment (ski, board, bike). The only shared space is the parking lot. Several parking spaces are available.

Wood for the fireplace is not provided. We suggest that you bring energy logs available at hardware stores. They are more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional wood.

Just 10 minutes away, visit the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-Francois. Visit the dock (on rue du Quai), go fishing or just look out at the river and admire the view, then you can head over to the cantine and grab a bite to eat with the spectacular view.
