“Título: Una estancia encantadora, con excelente servicio y relación calidad-precio Disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia. El hotel parece haber sido remodelado recientemente y se siente prácticamente nuevo, con instalaciones muy bonitas y acabados de gran calidad. Además, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Lo que más apreciamos fue la calidez y hospitalidad de todo el equipo, que nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Noor (recepción), M. Salamin y...

“Great location close to Petra, with a clean and comfortable room that had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Wadi Musa is a great city, and the hospitality was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great base for visiting Petra!”

“This is by far the absolute best hotel that Petra has to offer – nuff said. Newly built, fresh, clean and fantastic service from the staff. Everyone here has gone the extra mile to ensure that we have a great experience. I rarely write reviews to be honest, but had to go in and do it in this case. Extremely affordable for that level of service. Now we have chosen to extend our stay by one night to discover the city of Petra a little longer. So in summary, fantastic hotel, great price in an...

“There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book...

“Location, location, location! This is the best place for visiting Petra. Hotel is super clean! Very friendly and helpful staff, very responsive and considerate, breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food, definitely highly recommended!!!”

“Kind staff and great location ”

“Great location with free parking just outside. Clean rooms and a nice rooftop bar. No need to buy the lunchbox at the hotel, there are plenty of choices inside Petra. ”

“From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and very well run. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the personal warmth of the people here. We had some lovely conversations and really enjoyed getting to know them a...

“Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is new, well maintained, and the room was very nice. The terrace was perfect for gathering, and the breakfast chef was especially kind and helpful. A small area that could be improved is the housekeeping service. There was sometimes a lack of attention to details, such as changing towels and bathroom supplies, and housekeeping entered the room without checking first. Nothing major, but a little more training and attention to these details would make the...

“Very convenient. Visitor center across the street. Friendly staff. Restaurants were all around. So location was unbeatable. Parking at the back on gravel. Bed was comfortable. Nothing inconvenient. And price was reasonable as well. So I was happy overall.”

“Warning! Hotel from hell. Do not book this hotel. Huge fraud, impossible people to deal with. The smell in the igloos are insane. Difficult to find the manager who takes no responsibility what so ever. The project is not fully built, it is a construction site with noise around the clock. Extremely expensive for Jordan considering the state of the property and the non existing service. Started a complaint at hotels.com which they couldn’t solve because of the denial of the manager. It is a...

“Vi fick ett premium rum med fin utsikt mot Petra och bergen. En oförglömlig solnedgång. Väldigt vänlig personal. Bara fem minuter från Petra visitors center. Personalen kan ge bra tips inför besöket. Vi testade inte spa eller restaurang. ”

“If you are looking to explore Petra this is a great hotel. Just a 5 or 10 minute walk to the entrance. And there are many restaurants on the street nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was ok and staff friendly. The room was clean and wifi good.”
