San Francisco is an elegant and welcoming house located in the charming village of Petra, accommodating up to 6 guests. The property consists of a main house and a separate annex located at the end of the courtyard.



It features 3 double bedrooms, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, a private swimming pool with a terrace and outdoor shower, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the year.



Main House – Ground Floor

On this level, you will find a spacious and cozy living room with a pellet stove, TV, and comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and includes a large dining table for 6 guests, perfect for sharing memorable moments with family and friends.



Main House – Upper Floor

The first floor features two double bedrooms, both equipped with 90 x 200 cm beds, wardrobe space, a full bathroom, and air conditioning. These rooms have been designed to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay.



Independent Annex

At the end of the courtyard, next to the pool area, there is a separate annex housing the third bedroom. It features bunk beds, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, offering additional privacy for guests.



Outdoor Area

At the rear of the property, you can enjoy a pleasant private terrace with a 4 m x 2 m swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days and relaxing in complete tranquility.



Parking and Access

Important: The property is located within an ACIRE zone (restricted vehicle access area), and the street where the house is situated is pedestrian-only. Access by car is not permitted.



Surroundings

The house is located just a few metres from Petra's main square, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés. Among the most popular is Can Oms, renowned for its grilled meats and fresh fish, with live music on weekends. Less than 200 metres away, you can also visit the famous Celler de Petra, known for traditional Mallorcan dishes such as arroz brut, roast suckling pig, and frito mallorquín.



If you wish to enjoy the sea, Son Serra de Marina can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, while the spectacular Playa de Muro, considered one of Mallorca's finest beaches, is also just a 30-minute drive away.
