Listing Description

This wonderful, newly renovated apartment is located on the fourth floor of a condominium on the highway connecting Pettanasco to Orta San Giulio and Omegna. Suitable for both short- and long-term stays, it’s perfect for families, couples, or business trips.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 people (a fifth person, upon request, will sleep on an EXTRA BED in the SMALL BEDROOM)

The space

The kitchen, which features a rectangular table with 4 chairs, is equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a stovetop, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Guests have access to a knife block, a manual cereal dispenser, a kitchen scale, and a clothesline.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower (140 x 80 cm) with a non-slip resin-marble shower tray, two sinks, a washing machine, as well as a toilet and bidet.
The small bedroom has 3 single beds (2 fixed and 1 pull-out); the master bedroom has a double bed.
The living room features a rectangular table with 6 chairs, a flat-screen TV (43-inch 4K UHD), and 2 two-seater sofas.
There is a garage, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house with speeds up to 100 Mbps.
To summarize, the apartment (82 square meters), accessible by elevator, consists of: a hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and two bedrooms. The terrace features a seating area (with a rectangular bench, two smaller square benches, and a table with four chairs), allowing you to comfortably enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the fabulous sunshine.

Upon request during your stay, you can request, for a fee, a laundry service (if you don’t want to use the provided washing machine or don’t have time) and ironing of clothes, or just ironing.

The Neighborhood

Overview
It is located in an apartment building where, on the first floor, there is currently a beauty salon. To the left is a pharmacy, and to the right is a shop selling cheese, cured meats, and wine (Cusio Formaggi—definitely worth a visit because it has a wide selection and excellent products); plus, 500 meters away is the Conad supermarket (which has an ATM outside)
Our apartment is in a strategic location, convenient for reaching the main attractions of Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. The village of Orta San Giulio (with its island) is just a 5-minute drive away; in 30 minutes you can reach Stresa (and the Borromean Islands) and Arona, while the town of Omegna is only 7 km away. Finally, Milan Malpensa International Airport is 50 km away.
Pettenasco, (located halfway between the provinces of Novara and Verbania), a quiet town overlooking Lake Orta, offers a variety of services: a post office, a newsstand and tobacco shop, a bakery, a gas station, a café, a restaurant and pizzeria, and a hair salon.
From our apartment, it’s a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade and the various public beaches
Getting Around

Our apartment is easily accessible by any means of transportation:
- CAR (which can be parked in the garage)
- BUS (the stop is 200 meters away)
- TRAIN (the station is 500 meters away)
You can also ride a bike to explore the uncharted areas of Lake Orta, Lake Maggiore, the Ossola Valley, Lake Verbano, and the Valsesia Valley, with their diverse and breathtaking views. This way, you can get to know, learn about, appreciate, and love what the region has to offer: places, spaces, buildings, and monuments, as well as artisanal and artistic creations and those treasures that you wouldn’t notice if you were traveling at a faster pace.
You can take the BOAT (whose stop is a 5-minute walk away) to reach Orta San Giulio, Pella, and Omegna.
You can also reach the main tourist destinations or travel from Malpensa Airport via a private car service (CHAUFFEUR-DRIVEN CAR SERVICE)
