“I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.”

“We had the best time. The room was clean, but I would say our particular lodge probably hadn't been updated in a while. The carpet was old and the walls could've used a good paint job. The room itself was nice and clean, though, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the mountain (an upgrade that was offered to us upon check in). We only used room service once, but it was a useful amenity later in our trip when we were tired and not wanting to get out. Love the pools, all of the lake...

“Our room,bath,lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT.”
