Electricity fell out. No aircon, no tel. Very bad marking for rooms and back to reception, specially in the very very dark ! Generator not working as there was no petrol. No candles . They were looking for an electrician ( Saturday evening) Food buffet bad. Even if I asked if we could eat a la carte, there was only buffet that we had to share with a group of Japanese. Had to go to kitchen to look for a spoon as they were busy with the group.This hotel has a super location, has lots of potential but NO management that is capable to handle a minimum. They keep on building but the rest is NOT maintained, not even clean.At checkout next day I had to wait 15 min. because they could not find the invoice ( checked in day before). Did not have the bill for the horrible buffet. Breakfast at 6.30 h was not ready, they started to arrange it..went out without though. Once it was such a beautiful place, now dilapidated apart the reception hall, with a terrible service. Shame shame on the management. Absolutely not worth to be in the ranking of the golf hotels. Give me 3 month and I make it a jewel like it was before. I came back after 10 or 15 years, now never ever again. Such a pity! They should maintain what they have instead of building when the old ones are not in a descent state.
