âEverything was as expected or better. A great choice for anyone who likes ambiance and history. Easy access to downtown with the nearby trolley. Good airconditioner in the room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Quiet location in West Philly.â

âI loved this place!!! Marjorie who owns it is kind and helpful, the neighbourhood is lovely and about 10 min walk to area with restaurants and bars.
It is a b&b in her home so anyone who excepts hotel perfection should choose a hotel, but I very much preferred the charm at this place over any (3- star) hotel during my stay!â
