âROOST East Market is an excellent property. The apartment that I booked was a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was well-appointed in a modern, minimalist style with plenty of closets, a huge bathroom, a cool living room that featured those views and a nice bedroom. I was on the 6th floor so there is some street noise but it's relative to the time of day and worth it considering the views and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! âOur family stayed here after 7 nights of camping. The showers had excellent water pressure, and we loved being able to do our laundry in our unit. We walked to the Liberty Bell and Geno's for cheesesteaks. Parking in the garage near Target was easy, and we left our car for two days and used public transportation. âWe booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfectâsuper walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. âThis hotel was right in the middle of downtown so we could walk everywhere! The rooms were nice and the vibe of the hotel was really cool. Valet was only parking option but expensive. We found a lot around the corner for less. â
