I am sorry that you have not received your funds. They were released by our hotel on 3/29 at 2.20am. I recommend speaking with your bank. Please be aware that you will not see a credit, just the release of the hold so there will no longer a pending charge. Thank you for providing feedback. I am sorry that you found the hotel noisy. As we move into Fall and the whirr of the AC units stop and the whirr of the heaters have not quite picked up, outside noise does come in more. I am sorry that you were disturbed.
