We had another wonderful stay with Isolde as her place is in a beautiful spot with lots of activities nearby! Very comfortable and Isolde is a gracious host!

Isolde is a perfect host and makes you feel like you are part of the family. The location of the property is excellent for exploring all of Philadelphia's treasured historic sites. We very much appreciated the warmth of the home and the host, and will stay there again on future visits. 5 stars!

My stay here was excellent and would highly recommend to any one visiting Philadelphia. I was able to reach every point of interest on foot and basic necessities were always right around the corner. Check in and check out very easy, and the private parking spot is a life saver as parking is extremely difficult on the small streets.

The parking set up was great, upper patio was very relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The bed was very comfortable not like some where you meet in the middle.great resource for dinning, what to see/where to go and if it was walkable. Everthing we wanted to see or do was walkable. I expect our host will always be busy, so book your stay early.

Isolde was a great host. We highly recommend visiting! We were in walking distance to most local attractions, our room and bathroom was cozy and clean, and we loved the rooftop deck.

Lovely area, lovely property, lovely host. The third floor was ours - an ample bedroom with room for a table (if you wanted to bring in takeout, work on your laptop, etc.), nice size bathroom and an amazing deck with a nice view of the city and other well-kept gardens. The walking times to key sites/areas noted on the listing were accurate and we explored different areas and were not far from the SEPTA. Isolde is the perfect hostess, as others have mentioned, and we enjoyed our brief chats with her. Points also for flexible check in/out times and premium parking space.

Host was so nice. We really enjoyed talking to her. She made a wonderful recommendation for a small Greek restaurant. The location is so good. Fun places to visit nearby, close to historical places, easy to walk to the metro, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The only bad thing was the loud motorcyclists and cars but I was told by numerous people this is all over the city. We live in the country so we were not used to the noise. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A gem in Philly!

We loved our stay here. It was a great location for us and walkable to many things. The host was a joy to talk to and so very kind. We would definitely stay here again!
