I’ve stayed here 3-4 times over the past few years to see bands at 118 North and this is one of my favorite hotels. Comfy beds. Nice staff. Clean rooms.

Our room was a mile from the front desk. We had lots of ants in the room, and when we reported it to the front desk, the person acknowledged that ants come in when it rains. Bath towels were VERY old. I wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel is going downhill. Most rooms have a lot of noise when you stay here. Especially it seems the more expensive suites. On top of that the staff is not very friendly often and unprofessional. Today a cleaning person opened my door with a do not disturb sign on the door and came in. 45 min before checkout. The front desk could care less. Also seems to be an ant Infestation in the room I’m in. Put something on table and ants come out. I have stayed here a lot and realize I have never had a sound nights sleep and maybe 1 out 5 times the staff is friendly and helfpul. The convenience is good but don’t think I’m going to stay here again

Good clean hotel minutes from Villanova and SJU
The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only about 8 minutes from Villanova. Rooms were newer. I recommend
