There is street meter parking available near the house. Parking rules are block by block so you'll just need to pay attention to street signs. Usually, parking is regulated from 10 am to 10 pm with 3 hours of parking. It's about as good a parking situation you'll find if you want to be close to the center of the city. There is also a municipal parking lot nearby for ease of parking. Either way, you will find a spot.
If you are flying to Philadelphia, an Uber from the airport to the apartment costs approximately $5-$15. Please take a moment to carefully read the house rules. Once you have finished, kindly reply with "WILL ABIDE." Thank you.

Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price. 10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout. 11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.
