Vackert 4 sovrum hus (möblerad källare som 4: e sovrummet) som bekvämt sover 10. 1 kung sängar, 4 queen sängar och 1 full säng finns. Huset är mycket rymlig med 2500 kvadratfot. När du kommer in i hemmet, finns det gott om plats för din grupp i vardagsrummet som också har en 50 "4K-TV. Förbi vardagsrum finns ett matbord som leder in i köket som har ytterligare sittplatser vid frukostbordet baren. Köket har alla rostfria vitvaror med massor av köksredskap för att stanna i för natten. Avsluta köket till en stor uteplats med gott om sittplatser och en Weber grill.

På andra våningen finns två sovrum. På baksidan sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, byrå och TV. Den främre sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, TV och privat sittgrupp. Det finns ett komplett badrum i korridoren mellan de två sovrummen. Båda sovrummen har gott om garderobsutrymme.

Gå upp till tredje våningen hittar du sovrummet och badrum. Befälhavaren badrummet har en dubbel fåfänga handfat, jacuzzi och separat dusch område. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, byrå, TV och klädkammare, som inkluderar hela sängen. Koppla av i master svit med egen privat sittgrupp nära fönstren. Från hallen, gå upp till taket däck för en av de bästa utsikt över staden i Philadelphia. Njut av en kväll upp på däck med gott om sittplatser.

I källaren finns en halv badrum samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Två queen sängar tillsammans med en TV är på denna nivå.

Sovrum-TV-apparater är inställda för att strömma dina appar med hjälp av en Roku.

Huset är i en stor stadsdel och en snabb promenad till South Street där det finns gott om affärer, restauranger, lounger och bar. Bara gå upp 18th Street och du stöter på Rittenhouse Square Park. Snabb uber åktur till Convention Center eller Gamla stan eller njuta av en trevlig promenad på en solig dag.

Clean with a view

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space and the rooftop had amazing city views. House was clean and had nice touches we appreciated like water and snacks. Will stay here again next time we visit the city.

40th Birthday Weekend Success

We celebrated my best friend’s 40th birthday party with a girls getaway to Philly. We chose this house mainly because of the rooftop deck. It didn’t disappoint! We had plenty of room for all 9 of us and enjoyed every second of the weekend. Our host was very communicative and provided many extras that other rentals do not such as charging stations, snacks, bottled water and toiletries. Thank you making this weekend so special!

Great Stay

This was a great home base for exploring the city and working remotely for a few days. We traveled mostly by car and Uber so did not do too much walking around the neighborhood. Parking was the most difficult part because our car was large and the street is so narrow. We couldn’t find street parking on the first day so parked in a garage nearby. It was fine, and once we found street parking we moved the car and left it there the rest of the trip. Overall, Sean was a great host!

Can’t wait to come back

This property really exceeded my expectations and honestly can't wait until I am back in the city. There was plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable. It was great to be able to gather as a group and all have dinner at the table. The house was extremely clean and the host really thought about multiple little touches. I highly recommend this place for you next stay in Philly as it will not disappoint.

Great Property to stay and enjoy the sites!

Such an amazing property this house was absolutely fabulous. The rooftop deck was incredible and so relaxing. The property was well maintained and very clean. It was so nice to have waters in each of the rooms (added bonus I wasn't expecting). We had a great time and will book again the next time we are in the city.

Great stay, as described

Sean communicated thoroughly throughout the reservation process. Check in was easy as can be. The place was tidy and organized to make new guests feel at ease. Our party had 7 guests ranging in age from 4 to 70 and it was more than sufficient for us. The neighborhood worked great for us. For those who don't spend a lot of time in urban areas, it's worth noting that the area immediately surrounding is still up and coming. We loved OCF Coffee House at 20th and Federal (went back 3 times) and ate at Chicks around the corner from the house. We had no problems finding free street parking within a block of the house each time we needed it and we also used the SETPA subway to get ourselves to and from the Army Navy game at Lincoln field. All in all, a great stay. Thanks for everything, Sean.

Elegant, spacious, comfortable property!

We were in town for a family wedding. Three generations of family stayed together comfortably in this rental. Plenty of space, privacy, and comfortable gathering areas-- including the lovely rooftop. Street parking was challenging, but with patience, we found a spot. Convenience stores were a few blocks away but a nice walk nonetheless. Would highly recommend, and stay again should the opportunity arise! Thanks for being such a good host and for sharing your property with us.

Great place, great location, plenty of room

This in-town townhome is deceptively roomy and very comfortable. The rooftop deck is a real plus! Eight of us stayed very comfortably for a couple nights before our daughter's wedding; we were able to walk to everything we needed, which was great. Parking was a bit of a trick; the street is *very* narrow and 'parking' is only managed with two wheels on the sidewalk, but there's a convenient garage a few blocks away so we just used that. Folks were very patient as we unloaded, then loaded up, so the neighborhood is very friendly and accomodating. Great choice and perfect for what we needed!

Family Reunion

We were surprised when we arrived in the neighborhood for this rental. It was like being an urban pioneer! I did not expect that as the per night rental was quite high. There was no on street parking and that was also difficult. A permit to park on the street would have been very helpful especially as our 91 year old mother was with us. The kitchen was not clean. The pots were dirty with egg still on the fry pan. We washed everything that we used before using it. The dishes were greasy as was the countertop. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. It was the dirtiest kitchen were have ever been in at a rental and we have rented all over the country and the world. The walls were in very bad shape and needed to be painted. Also, the mold in the bathrooms was creeping up the tiles. On a positive note, the bedding was fantastic! The linens were wonderful and the mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would not recommend this property for a stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Our party consisted of 10 adults in town for the Army Navy game. Finding a property large enough for our group is an annual challenge but this property was great! The top floor had a private bathroom and large master bedroom with king bed and a full bed in the closet (sounds odd but it works). On the second floor were two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Also on this floor was a shared bathroom. The ground floor was a nicely appointed open concept kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The basement had 2 queen beds and a half bath. The entire apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is standard big city parking...i.e. you drive around until you find something. We always managed to find a spot close by. Plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy check in and good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again.

Great for a large group!

This is a very nice and well equipped house for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the roof deck and all the board games! As mentioned before, parking is tough. The street is very narrow and you have to park slightly on the sidewalk to fit. Once we found parking, we all chose to leave our cars and Uber everywhere. Great restaurants like On point Bistro and Cafe Ynez within walking distance. It is 3 floors, so lots of steep steps, which would be an issue for anyone older or with difficulty climbing steps. The neighborhood is transitional- somewhat industrial- but the location is close to everything Philly has to offer! Thanks Sean.

Great location for a weekend in Philly

The house was in a great location for our girls weekend in Philly. We were able to walk everywhere. We loved the house as it was clean modern and comfortable! Everything we needed was there. Linen and towels were provided which made it easy. We would definitely stay there again!
