(4) 55inch HD/4k smart flat screen TV's provided (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each room) in case privacy is warranted. Sound bar provided in the living room. High speed fiber optic internet provided (Verizon Fios). Pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Air-fryer, Alexa, coffee maker and coffee provided, water steamer for tea/ramen, microwave, water filter for drinking, ice machine, outdoor deck, grill and seating provided. Dining room table can sit 8 people. Adequate seating available (stools can be moved around the house). The living room couch could be used as a bed. Front porch seating available for beautiful and rainy days. Coffee shop, pub, gym and many stores in walking distance. Near water for fishing. Vibrant area. Events day and night. This place was perfect for my family to stay while house renovations were being performed. Mr. Gregg was an amazing host- very generous, informative, understanding, flexible, and communicative. He really went above and beyond, and the property was super clean, beautiful, and convenient.

This place felt like home. Check-in was easy and the host was very attentive. Cleaning and personal care essentials, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, etc. were supplied. The house was clean and well maintained, and there was a private parking spot in the back, in addition to plenty of street parking. We loved hanging out in the front porch and the deck in the back. The location was convenient and within a short walking distance to a great coffee shop, which offered good coffee and food options. It was also within a 5-10 minute drive to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. We had a great time here while visiting family in Philly and staying busy in the area.

Perfect spot, convenient to a lot of good places to shop/eat/drink. We stayed here when we went to sesame place. The place was very clean, furnished and had a lot of great amenities. You can tell the host has great attention to detail! We utilized the back patio and ate dinner outside. The host was very responsive and organized throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is very spacious and comfortable. The house is kept super clean. Location to Sesame Place was perfect for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and would be happy to visit again.

Pretty convenient location if you want to access Sesame Place and have a kitchen and other amenities when you have a little one. The property is very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very amenable; however just be aware you may not be able to do any early check-in or drop offs. Highly recommended we plan to use this place when we visit Sesame Place again.

This is a very lovely home! Extremely clean, good location, Host was a wonderful communicator; there are printed instructions throughout the house which we found very helpful. Plenty of supplies provided. What we loved most about this home is how it's decorated - so many funky interesting pictures; furniture was great; beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the area too; a couple of places to eat within walking distance, plenty of things to do a short drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Quick sesame getaway

This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. We loved the coffee shop down the road and went to Oci’s bar and grill one night for dinner which was very good as well. Our family would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Perfect location for Sesame Place

We were looking for a place near Sesame Place where we could have our own space at the end of a long day at the park, without having to share a hotel room with our toddler. This spot was perfect—just a short 10-minute drive to the park. The location was great: close to plenty of restaurants and, as others have mentioned, just a quick 3-minute walk to a charming little coffee shop down the street. The place was also very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.We were comfortable here for our two night stay and would recommend it to any family looking for something similar.

Perfect for our family

This was a lovely home away from home. Clean, well-furnished and stocked, clear instructions, family-friendly, and a short distance from Sesame Place, supermarkets and restaurants for our family. It was well worth the cost compared to a hotel stay and we would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Excellent Spot

My family stayed here with our 2-year-old and pup and had a great time. It was a great home base while we took local day trips - one day to NJ to see friends, another day of sightseeing in Philly, and another at Sesame Place. The home was clean, secure, easy to get into and Jerry was super responsive and helpful. We loved the back deck and proximity to the awesome coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again, and you should too xx
