“Hello, when you walk into the hotel, there was trash on the outside of the area, walking into the lobby. And then when you walk in the lobby, the rug was filthy and needs to be replaced like ASAP!, couldn't check-in at 4 had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours before check-in. Ask for extra towels never receive it. Shampoo, body wash all of that was out/empty in the room no one never brought it to the room. I had to go to the office - front desk to get it.
