The resort itself was amazing. I based my booking on reviews and they were quite accurate. Highlights: the beach is gorgeous, clear and clean, room and overall resort cleanliness, the pools are open 24/7, rooftop resto food on weekends. Not so highs: We chose not to do the all inclusive and I found we were taken advantage of. Check your bills. They charge you 15% gratuity on every single bill so you do NOT need to tip. I had to argue with a waiter for being over-charged during happy hour, to which I was told the ‘virgin drinks’ were not included in happy hour yet bartender charged 3x 8usd smoothies instead of 2.25usd virgin drinks. I then escalated to management where I was told the charge would be taken care of and it never was, so on my final night there I had to spend time requesting the to remove the over-charge again and I’m not even sure after receiving my credit card statement that it ever was (although the itemized copy I signed showed it had been removed). To be clear my final bill was 800usd so a 35usd charge isn’t a big deal but it’s just annoying to have to deal with this on vacation -signage hours are outdated -Some staff are very rude, others extremely sweet (hit or miss). -If you’re renting a car on site, note they will tell you that you can’t reserve ahead of time, you need to come morningof to see and they are always late which can be frustrating but you can go online and reserve ahead of time (the website is on the sign of the little car rental hut).

Property itself was beautiful.Difficulty accessing bell services.There were multiple instances where no bellkeepers were available. When I approached security at the front for assistance, the interaction was not positive. Female security staff member I encountered appeared dismissive and spoke to me in a manner that felt rude and unprofessional.Asked for help with a bellkeeper and transportation via golf cart to my room, I was told to wait and was physically moved aside while she continued her conversation with someone else. I ultimately walked to my room on my own.When bellkeepers were available, they were courteous and helpful, but the inconsistency in service made arrival and movement around the property inconvenient at times. In contrast, the front desk staff were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating, which I appreciated.The first night of my stay went well, but the second night presented a significant issue. There was a flood in my room caused by the shower.Front desk&maintenance responded by mopping the water &placing towels on the floor.Damaged2pairs of my shoes.I was informed that someone would return to properly fix the shower, but no one ever did.I had to use the shower in my friend’s adjoining roomfor the remainder of my stay.I found the food and beverage options somewhat limiting. Coffee sold on the resort was not enjoyable. For breakfast, I was hoping for a simple option such as porridge, but I was informed that I would need to purchase the buffet

I appreciate how friendly the staff was and the overall experience while we stayed at the hotel. There were a few restaurants to dine at, parking lot was safe and the room was cleaning daily. I liked that the hotel was in walking distance to the town.

This is a nice property to stay at. Most staff is friendly & always available to assist. I have no complaints about my room other than our fridge didn’t get restocked & bed blankets are thin. I found myself cold some night. Overall hotel has tasty restaurants & has a lot of drink spots, & complimentary breakfast everyday for all inclusive.

The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed in the food selections and restaurants. They did not have much of anything open for breakfast and all of the restaurants were small and full for dinner. When I asked others staying at resort they said the food wasn't that great. However, the pizza by the pool was really good. We ended up having to go off site for all of our breakfast and dinners. It kind of defeated the purpose of staying on a resort that wasn't centrally located to restaurants.

Overall, very nice. The food was tasty. The food and bar service were very slow. Maid service was only as requested which is fine but they were very inconsistent with towels. The shower drained too slowly and required stops mid wash. The main desk staff was not always helpful and did not follow through with requests.

The staff at Divi was beyond amazing! The Awesome Mimi, Sandra, Gilberto,Kenia, Chef Julio the entire staff at the resort made the stay at this resort a memorable one. All of the restaurants were great. Will definitely visit again!

Honest review- arrived and was waiting for our room and wanted to eat so we went to gizmos- the bartender was spamming things and miserable. Would not make eye contact with us. I finally tried to be very sweet with melick and he took our order and it was an hour before we got it. Our room was beautiful on oceans side. Beach was amazing!! Food was average. If you found pleasant staff we tipped well because they actually liked there jobs. Resort could be better kept- the decks were not cleaned daily. Doors to entrances were sticky. Seabreeze restrooms were gross. I wish they would have told kids to get out of the adult pool. We liked the resort. We learned what to do and not, The beach sold the place. I would go back again knowing how to handle everything. The Belair next door has amazing food, we did also like the roof top at mix as well for drinks. We didn’t eat there. Make sure before you go you make reservations!! Even if there are empty tables they will turn you away. I hope this resort does a pick me up because it has beauty in it and the beach!

Ocean Divi Little Bay had great pools and the premium suite we had was very good. I would recommend the hotel for a great stay in St Maarten. Snorkelling at the property was the best I had seen on the island.

Stayed in April,2026. We upgraded to the premium all-inclusive at check in (get premium alcohol & free access/dinner to Mix)— we found this worth it as we ate at Mix twice for $150/each time. Good: amazing breath taking views. Nice resort. Very kid friendly. Making rsvp’s to onsite restaurants was easy. Phillipsburg is a great place to visit. Bad: Room was only cleaned once in our stay (expedia said it would be cleaned daily). The staff seemed a bit slow “island time”. Little slower than maybe expected/hoped. We think it’s an island culture. The pool bar is pretty small. The food was not top notch compared to other all-inclusives on other places we have stayed. Lots of “bar food” type dishes. The bed was extremely hard & we slept terrible. Overall: more of a kid/family resort. Nice island. Worth a stay for the experience & the views.

I had such high hopes for this trip! I stayed from Mon-Sat and my first night should have been a sign. I received a call to my room about my incidentals which I paid cash and card for but they didn’t realize that. I saw housekeeping on Tues and then never again. I called the front desk for fresh towels got no answer and had to walk down to the lobby to get fresh towels. I was giving pool towels because they said they had no more clean bath towels. I decided I wanted to go into town and waited about an hour for a taxi that never came. The night before I left, I went to the front desk (after calling again and not getting an answer) to request a late checkout the gentleman behind the desk was extremely rude. It just was not a pleasant experience. A handful of the staff is very sweet. One in particular was Britt. She was great. But overall, I would never stay at this resort again!! It was too expensive to be treated poorly, and the resorted itself was extremely disorganized.
