The stay was amazing and so much more than we expected. Nikki is so personable and full of information. Panorama was an absolute dream with all the latest technology immersed with beautiful views. The pool was great and spent half the day just relaxing. The rooms were all large, with plenty of closet space and so clean. We felt at home the entire time and can’t wait to return. As Nikki said this is your home away from home now.

Like others have stated I was hesitant to book at first with it being a new property and limited reviews but we are glad we did. The whole complex is very modern, secure and as beautiful as the pictures show. The view from the location is amazing. The pool was great and got sun all day, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. You will definitely want a car as its a 5 minute drive down the hill to any restaurants or stores. Communication could have been better and being a new place there is a lack of kitchen supplies if you are planning to cook in a lot. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

We had a fabulous 2 week stay at Panorama Residences at Monte Vista. We had a 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom suite with laundry which was so convenient. Our suite was new, very spacious, clean, bright and well equipped with everything we could need. We had beautiful ocean views and a large deck to sit and watch the sunrise and sunsets and all the ships cruising by. The grounds are beautiful with ocean views over the Philipsburg cruiseship terminal. The pool area is wonderful also. Nicky and all the staff are fantastic; so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They responded quickly to anything we needed. The area is safe, clean and quiet. It was so wonderful coming back to our "home away from home" after a full day of exploring and beaches. Panorama is about a 5-10 min drive from Philipsburg with shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. A car is a must as there isn't anything within walking distance, but that makes the area a nice, quiet retreat after a busy day. We highly recommend staying at Panorama Residences. We can't wait to return for another stay.

We met Nicky Persaud on arrival, she was our concierge during our stay. Very helpful in assisting with visits, reservations and friendly advices. Its our first time on the island so we needed this.. place is spotless and so convenient....most of all the view is so amazing. Panoramic view for sure! I highly recommend this place for your visit! I am definitely returning.

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. However, communication with the host was quite slow, responses often took over 18 hours, and at times messages went unanswered. Better communication would greatly improve the overall experience.

The host Nicky was an absolute blessing! She was aways available when I needed her, which was often. She lead me with great recommendations on restaurants, nightlife and local events and tours. The cando had a beautiful elevated scenery of the ocean and island. It was also very clean, modern and chic complete with washer and dryer.

Very good stay with excellent facility, modern & clean with everything needed in a spacious apartment for a one week stay. Great ocean view. Only drawback was unit was not ready when we arrived and had to wait one extra day for check in; we were taken care by management during that time; but it was an unexpected hurdle with one day lost in our week stay

The view from our stay was absolutely beautiful, and the place itself was well maintained and nicely presented. There is a pool that’s open throughout the day, and towels were provided along with shampoo and body wash. A washer and dryer were also available in the unit, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, someone gave us a guided tour of the property and explained the facilities. There is no gym on-site. The only miscommunication was regarding checkout time, which is actually at 10 a.m. Housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee. Communication with the concierge was delayed at times, which could be improved.

AMAZINGGGGG!!!!! When I tell you this property is drop dead gorgeous, it will not disappoint. Nicky was amazing . She made the stay so welcoming! From the views to the complementary alcohol, snacks, and beverages. She told us everything that was going on during our stay in St. Marteen. The pool was a little cold but we still enjoyed it. The room was top tier and brand spanking new. We want to come back and bring our son next time. Thank you

The property is excellent with ocean view. We stayed there from 25/12/2025 to 30/12/2025. Our flight was at 5 p.m., I asked to extend my stay on 30/12/2025 to 1 p.m. as the check out time is 10 a.m. Nicky did extend my stay to 11 a.m. (1 hour after the check out time) instead of 1 p.m. as she said there were customers check in after.

My experience at Panorama was excellent! I chose this location as my home base for my recent trip to St. Barts, mainly because it offered luxurious living spaces, with incredible ocean views. It's located close to the port in Philipsburg where I would commute to and from the island. The room was spacious, stylish, and well stocked with excellent Nespresso coffee, snacks and beverages upon arrival. Panorama is situated on top of a cliff on the southern tip of Point Blanche with a great view of Caribbean Sea. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the moment of arrival to our final farewell. It's a great spot if you value safety and style, while relaxing by the pool or on one of the many beautiful terraces. The area is a bit secluded and quiet so having a rental car is a must. There are no restaurants, bars or stores within walking distance so keep that in mind if you're looking for a more lively social experience. Overall, Panorama provided a wonderful and peaceful stay.

I was hesitant on booking because it didn't have any reviews, but that's because it is brand new opened up less than a month ago. Upon entering, I was astonished at how beautiful the room was. And I got the ocean view which was so breathtaking. Our concierge Nicki was so accommodating. If you're thinking about booking this place do it!!! The only downside I would say is that the beach is not walking distance due to it being on a hill. It is a drive from the main strip in Simpson Bay, but it is worth the drive. And you also have to pass security to go on the road to the hotel so it's extra safe. You don't have to worry about anybody breaking into the room because you need a key to enter and exit the room.

Le complexe est magnifique. Flambant neuf, il ne manque rien. Un peu loin des attraits mais avec une voiture aucun problème. Magnifique vue de 180 degrés sur la mer du balcon. Les terrasses offrent aussi une vue magnifique et l'on peut voir le port des bateaux de croisière. Tous simplement WOW. À recommander.
