Want to stay on the beach: This luxurious 2 bed - 2 bath Condo on the 4th floor of Oceans Residence is located right on the pristine beach. This gorgeous place with full kitchen has breathtaking views over great bay and the cruiseship terminal. It has direct access to the beach with private beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy.There is a gated parking and ofcourse an elevator.This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom high end unit. This gorgeous condo is in a privately owned building which results in perfectly maintained grounds and building.The condo is super comfortable for 4 persons. If you love to cook this is a great place to stay as we have a full kitchen with everything you need:- All granite counter tops, - Induction Stovetop- Dishwasher- Oven - Microwave- cookware, bakeware and dinnerware.The living/dining area is furnished with luxurious furniture and has a flat screen tv. The dining table seats 4. The living room has a balcony for you to enjoy a coffee in the morning or maybe a nice cocktail for sunset.All windows have screens for you to enjoy our island breeze. On top of this each room has ceiling fans and air conditioning.The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a safe and plenty of closet space. This bedroom has a balcony on the ocean side for you to enjoy the views of the ocean and the cruise ships coming in in the morning and leaving in the evening.The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a bathroom and a balcony on the Front Street side of the building. This balcony overlooks the city of Philipsburg. Just sit and look at everyone strolling front street looking for the perfect gift to bring home.All furniture, tableware and cookware are top quality. The condo has A/C, FREE WIFI, TV, and a full size washer & dryer. We provide beach towels and all linens. When walking out of the building on the beach side you will find your private beach chairs and umbrella on one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The boardwalk starts steps from the building and runs all the way till the end of Philipsburg. A great place for shopping or an easy walk to numerous restaurants, bars and casinos.The beautiful Walter Plantz square is an amazing place to enjoy the fountains, a nice meal or just watch people strolling by while sipping on a cocktail. The best thing is, it’s located at 1 minute from the residence.Whether you are coming with your partner, your family or another couple this is the best place to stay. Everything is at walking distance and you are situated right on the beach with your private beach chairs!We will be present for your check in and we are always reachable by email, phone or whatsapp. We can assist you with reservations, activities or local information.Philipsburg is the capitol of the Dutch side of Sint Maarten.You are centrally located to all action you might be looking for and have the beach right in front of you with your own private beach chairs. You are super close to casinos, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. There is local transport at 1 minute from your condo but of course you can alsp rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island.Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.
