“The room is a bit old and some part are in need off repairment. Amazing view and very nice balcony. The room was clean. The pool was closed during our stay and this was not informed about before we booked the hotel. We could however use the pool in neighbor Hotel. Great Gym. ”

“We stayed here before a cruise out of the Port of Miami. The room was clean and the perfect place to hang out for the day. It is in walking distance of a Publix to grab any last minute items and the restaurant on the property was yummy. You can see the ships at the port from the pool floor!”

“We stayed one night at Hyatt. It is a nice hotel, very well located, walking distanse to Bayside Market and to Brickell area. The room was very big with comfortable bed and amenities. The only issues we could think of are: bathroom design feels old, and employees aligment and knowledge about late check-out and luggage drop possibilities was bad. We were given two different prices for luggage storage and two different rates for late check-out. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel if you are looking...
